Investment Clubs

Iron Key Venture Partners LLC is a member managed Investment Club (the “Club”) specializing in early-stage investments in Web3 (blockchain) and AI technologies. The Club Members shall identify and support disruptive, market-shaping products and innovations. The Club shall be operated as a Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO), targeting up to $1 million in capital contributions from members seeking diversified access to a portfolio of Web3 & AI investments.

The Club will leverage blockchain voting, transparent governance, and automated investment processes, and will be partly administered by Club Administrators Fred Rizzo and Henry Wong, with over 50 years of combined experience in venture capital and early stage portfolio management. The Club expects to make investments in 10-12 companies at a range of $50K to $250K check size, and targeting 3-5% ownership.

As a Member Managed Investment Club, each Member shall have an equal voice in the investment process. All investment decisions and the Club’s assets shall be made transparent through on blockchain technology, including smart contracts and automated deal syndication technology. Each Member is encouraged to introduce potential investment opportunities to the Club. Voting on investment decisions and capital allocations shall be governed by the majority of Members (as determined by their ownership / voting interests) on behalf of the Club.
