The Venture Fellowship program is designed to teach Fellows the tactical skillset that VC's expect you to already know on the job and improve your chances of landing a role at a VC fund, as gaining real-world VC experience is critical for successfully breaking into VC.
Many of our past participants have successfully transitioned into high-level and lucrative roles and careers in venture capital and startups, thanks to the support and knowledge they gained from Iron Key Capital.
The resources we offer even enable dedicated Fellows to shift their career into venture capital, whether into early-career (Analyst) roles, or for more experienced professionals such as those post-MBA or with 4+ years of prior relevant experience, into mid-career Associate level roles.
