Iron Key Capital is a venture ecosystem purpose-built to support pre-seed and seed Web3 startups — from early conviction to long-term scale.

We operate at the intersection of community, capital, and company-building, using a venture studio approach to identify opportunities early, build enduring businesses, invest with conviction, and actively support founders through execution.

Building Investors, Not Just Portfolios

Iron Key is not a single fund or program. It is an integrated team of entrepreneurs, operators, and investors designed to compound insight, talent, and capital across Web3.

Each component serves a distinct role while feeding into a shared thesis and capital base.

Research-Driven by Design: We study emerging Web3 technologies to create theses and develop innovative IP, which informs a continuously evolving investment thesis that helps us build conviction quickly.


Through the Iron Key Venture Studio, we partner with founders, or originate ideas internally, to build Web3 companies from the ground up. Studio founders operate as Entrepreneurs in Residence for 90 days, and become part of the Iron Key community for life.

A core part of the Iron Key ecosystem is training the next generation of Web3 angel investors.

Through live deal exposure, shared diligence, research breakdowns, and direct founder interaction, members develop the judgment and frameworks required to invest responsibly at the pre-seed and seed stage. Education is embedded into participation, not separated from it.


Angel in Residence (AIR)
A structured program that trains operators and builders to become disciplined Web3 angel investors. Participants learn sourcing, evaluation, and diligence before deploying capital.

AIR graduates flow into the Iron Key Investment Club, the core of the ecosystem.


Investment Club
Where thesis-driven capital is deployed into early-stage Web3 startups and where research, education, and conviction converge. Everything begins at the club level, and compounds into value creation at the Mothership level.


Community & Venture Partners

From our community of founders, operators, and investors, venture partners emerge organically. They support the platform through deal sourcing, deal leadership, diligence, and ongoing portfolio engagement, strengthening decision-making within the investment club.


Co-Investment Platform
Iron Key operates a traditional syndicate to double down on club winners, and invest opportunistically in later stage deals both inside and outside of our core thesis. Emerging managers emerge, and exit the ecosystem to launch their own funds.
