Kristoffer Kizer is the Investment Principal at Iron Key Ventures, where he invests into Web3 startups building onboarding infrastructure, consumer-led protocols, real-world DeFi applications, and crypto-native agentic systems. Kris brings a rare blend of corporate brand innovation experience, frontier venture access, and AI ethics leadership.
Earlier in his career, Kristoffer advised Fortune 500 companies,including McDonald's, 3M, Coca-Cola, Brown-Forman, Whirlpool, Disney, Marvel, Kellogg's, Porsche Cars, and Altria,on new product development, market entry, and commercialization. As a Venture Partner with VU Venture Partners (VUVP), Kris gained access to institutional-grade deals including SpaceX ($400B), OpenAI ($300B), FigureAI ($39B+), and Neuralink ($9B+). VUVP has deployed $2B+ in over 300+ companies, generating a realized 4X+ cash-on-cash return.
Kris also serves on the AI 2030 Advisory Board as a member of its Venture Committee, advising on ecosystem development, startup support, and strategic funding to scale high-impact, ethically aligned AI ventures.
