Iron Key's journey began in 2022 with a vision to build a community of investors and founders shaping the on-chain future. Like many early ventures, we faced a steep learning curve.

We experimented with syndicates, navigated the complexity of venture operations, and at times, stumbled. We learned firsthand the pain of limited resources, unclear structures, and the toll of trying to do everything ourselves. We've also seen what doesn't work in venture: loose structures, misaligned incentives, and a lack of compliance or transparency. Those lessons, while difficult, became the foundation of our resilience.
